Owner and Chief of Event Operations
At a very young age, Camille developed a love for planning, leading and organization. During tap class at the age of three, she would tell the other girls to “get-a-hind me” so that she could lead the group! During junior high and high school in her hometown of Athens, Texas, she volunteered and planned events for the Student Council, Key Club and Prom. In college at Texas A&M, she volunteered through the Tri Delta sorority to raise money and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and developed a passion for curing childhood cancers. When she moved to Dallas in 2005, Camille knew that she wanted to have a career that made a difference in the lives of people. She worked for healthcare organizations until 2009, when she had the opportunity to follow her desire to work for a nonprofit organization. Camille worked for the Children’s Cancer Fund in Dallas where she planned annual luncheons with more than 1,200 guests, sponsorship parties, committee meetings, golf tournaments, casino nights and a host of other fundraisers—all while being the sole full-time employee!
In 2014, Camille decided to start CCB Events company to focus on event management, consulting and marketing for individuals, companies and nonprofits in the Dallas and East Texas areas. Camille loves to start with a client’s vision and help shape it into a fantastic event. She takes pride in finding the best resources and vendors, and she enjoys creating a flawless event where the client can join the party with their guests instead of worrying about the details.
