Rick’s Hardware & Plumbing is a family-owned decorative plumbing and hardware store based in Grapevine, Texas. In 2016, Rick’s Hardware celebrated their 40th Anniversary! In the same year, Rick’s opened its third location in the Dallas Design District on Dragon Street. Rick’s hired CCB Events in March to plan and execute their Grand Opening in Dallas on Friday, May 20th. Camille suggested food stations throughout the showroom to encourage guests to move around the entire space and check out all of their products during the event. She coordinated the layout of food stations, bars, menu, managed deliveries and day-of-event management from set up to strike. CCB Events also managed the online invitation and RSVPs. Rick’s hosted 200 attendees, and the Grand Opening was an excellent opportunity to show off their products to Dallas builders, realtors, interior designers and industry partners.
The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) is a community of people – designers, industry representatives, educators and students – committed to interior design. Each year, the Legacy of Design Awards event recognizes the finest interior design achievements within the Texas Chapter of ASID. The 2016 event was held at the Dallas Museum of Art in Dallas on Friday, August 12th with 300 guests in attendance. ASID Texas hired CCB Events 6 weeks prior to the event date. Camille worked with Prashe Décor to bring the Chapter President’s vision to life with 3 different table designs featuring a luxurious purple and gold color palate, and she ran the event logistics while serving as the day-of-event manager from set up to strike. ASID Texas was very pleased with the event, and they have already hired CCB Events for their 2017 Legacy of Design Awards scheduled on Friday, August 11th at the Omni Hotel in Dallas.

CCB Events was hired by Mrs. Nicholson to plan an end-of-school party to celebrate her son’s “end of 8th grade — high school is next” 5 days before the party on May 28, 2016 at her home with 40 guests. The Nicholsons have a beautiful backyard with a pool, and it was the perfect place for the teens to swim and play while the adults mingled. Camille was given the direction of neon colors for the party, and she came up with the idea to make centerpieces out of bright candy and glow sticks with balloons.
